About Me

Career long experience in the property industry as a successful Operations Director, Development Director & Chief Executive of 3 separate substantial property companies, in Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland.

Acquired a strong set of professional skills in Strategic Planning, Urban Regeneration, Design Team Management, Value Engineering, Project Planning & Completion, including Commissioning.

Recently served as Non-Executive Director with NICIE, Age NI & UK Sport. I also have served as Non-Executive Chair of Lisburn City Centre Management & Sport Northern Ireland, including implementing corporate governance & practice in the public sector.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a current member of the RICS Northern Ireland Regional Board & act as its Deputy Chair.

Passionate believer in the benefits of integrated education in Northern Ireland, Founding Chair of Bridge Primary School in Banbridge in 1986, giving children from all backgrounds the opportunity to learn together for over 30 years. Founder member of Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education (NICIE).

Strong supporter of the benefits of sport with particular experience in rugby as a player, coach, referee & administrator at youth level, both at club & Ulster Rugby.
